The apartment is spacious, with a lot of sunlight (when the sun comes out of hiding) 2 big rooms, one has a balcony. The apartment is full furnished. The bathroom (with a shower) is separate from the WC, makes it is easier for two people.
The UBahn station is a 2 minute walk away, with several stores within walking distance (Eurogida, edeka, Rewe and Aldi).
There are several restaurants in the neighborhood and coffee shops. The Templehofer Feld is a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment and Hasenheide Park is also a 3-5 minute walk away.
The apartment is not a party house, no smoking and unfortunately no pets. High speed internet (wifi) is provided and utilities are covered in the cost. There is a washing machine, hair dryer, pressing iron and importantly a coffee grinder with a moka.
