The room is spacious (20sqm.) with big windows letting in a lot of light. View to the main street. Windows seal well from sound, but if you are sensitive it’s not for you.
Furnished with a working space, armchairs, very comfortable bed (140x200) with a new mattress and storage for your clothes. There are light block curtains in the room. Great for work and enjoying your privacy.

Close to the S and U Bahn station Neukölln (less than two minutes). Körner Park, Tempelhofer Feld, Richard Platz and Rixdorf, Klunkerkranich, Weserstraße are popular locations that can be reached by feet. International supermarkets (Turkish, Arabic, Asian, Mexican, European, Bio) and weekly food market are just around the corner! Bars and restaurants!
I have a dog. It would be fitting if you like dogs and know how to act with them.
Last but important: I am a fashion designer and my studio is at home. You’ll occasionally hear sewing machine sounds. Previous roommates found them subtle, but if you are noise sensitive, this room - and the neighborhood in general - won’t be great for you.
