About the Room:
Hello! It’s with a heavy heart that I have to say goodbye to my amazing room in the best part of Neukölln because I am moving to another part of the city. The main tenant will be returning in April (she is aware of this sublet) so this would be a temporary sublet for February and March. Anmeldung is not possible, and unfortunately no couples and no pets. The room, located at Böhmische square comes with a double bed, a desk for work, a piano, a cute little couch for lounging, and my absolutely favorite part: the gorgeous balcony that faces onto the street.
Your roommate:
You will be living with one guy, Anival 36 years old who is a Chilean/Italian. He is super friendly and will enjoy a chat once in a while over a beer in the kitchen and is very chill. He speaks Spanish, Italian, German and a little English. He would appreciate someone who cares about keeping the home clean and tidy.
The Apartment:
Is a beautiful 70 m2 Altbau apartment: bathroom with bathtub, kitchen comes with everything you need: kitchenware, ect and is located on the third floor.
The location:
Böhmische platz: what more could you ask for! The area is calm and quiet but is also located right at the square where you can enjoy a cappuccino from my favorite cafe: The Future Breakfast cafe. Penny located just around the corner as well as a variety of adorable little coffee shops and cafes. Just 20 min walking to the canal! The Berlin Sonnenallee and Neukölln U and S bahn is just a ten minute walk away.
