Rooms are fully furnished and equipped, this includes a bed with a slatted frame, mattress, desk and desk chair, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, curtains, ceiling lamp, kitchen supplies (pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cutting board).
Please note the rooms don´t have individual keys
All costs included (also Internet) - the Rundfunkbeitrag (TV and radio tax) has to be paid by you.
Subletting is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 months.
All rooms are meant for 1 person only. (no exceptions)
No animals are allowed.
All tenants have to sign a rental contract (a landlord´s confirmation is then provided for your official registration in Berlin - Anmeldung).
Please be aware that I can proceed only with candidates who have all the required documents.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
There are a few shops within a 10-minute walk of this apartment, including a supermarket (REWE, LIDL etc) and post office. There are a couple of restaurants as well, while the large Tempelhofer Feld is easily accessible by train or bus.
The Venice Sporting Club Frank Reimann is 5-minutes' away and offers a wide range of activities, as well as a sauna.
Your flatmates will be young professionals or students between the age of 18 and 35.

ATTENTION: As a consequence of newly passed rental legislation by the German government (known as ‘rent cap’, in German ‘Mietdeckel’), we are obliged to lower the rent until further notice. Be aware that the Addendum of the contract will list the actual listing price of 397,70€.
The rental contract will list the following price of 560,00€.
Shall this legislation, which goes into effect as of the 1st December 2020, be deemed as illegitimate by the federal constitutional court, the difference between the rent in the contract 560,00 and the adjusted rent subjected to the ‘rent cap’ is to be paid back immediately. Therefore, both us and the official legislation offices urge you to set aside the difference in the contractual and adjusted rent in order to be able to cover possible repayments. We will demand any and all open repayments.
