Hello and welcome to our flat!
The location is excellent, a short walk from both Tempelhof and Hasenheide (about 7 min to both) and a 3 min walk from the U8 station Boddinstrasse. I have lived in this flat for over 3 years and have felt very comfortable here, mainly because my housemates are the best!
A bit about them:
Freya (24) is a student of art history at Humboldt. Originally from Aachen, she is our resident German and is very helpful. She enjoys photography, painting, watching documentaries, and talking over a cup of coffee in the shared kitchen.
James (29) is a musician from Australia. He is very handy and has a small workshop in his room if you ever need a wall drilled into or something repaired. He is very friendly, even compared to other Australians!
Quincey (29) works in a workshop in a Neukölln and is from Italy. He is often playing basketball at nearby Tempelhofer Feld. He also has a unicycle. You will often hear him singing in the shower and whistling in his room.
I am moving out because I found a place in Moabit closer to my boyfriend. However I found the place quite last minute, so the Haupt Mieter would like me to sublet first. Due to this I have asked for a smaller Kaution. If you would like the room after the sublet (approximately 3 months) then you will need to arrange the rest with the Haupt Mieter.
