The apartment is located in the southwest of Neukölln and is in a renovated, very well isolated Altbau.
In general, the immediate neighborhood is super quiet - from the balcony you look out onto the garden, which extends around the building and can be used by all tenants :)
In the courtyard there is another green area for communal use.

Location:
The location is ideal and centrally located:
To the lively Schillerkiez with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as to the hotspot Tempelhofer Feld it is only 5 min by bike. To get to the beautiful Kreuzberg Bergmannkiez takes just 15min by bike.

Connection:
The apartment is also well connected by public transport: A bus stop is right outside the door and the S/U-Bahn station Hermannstraße, from where you can travel conveniently to all areas of Berlin, is only 4 min (900m) away by bike.

Surroundings:
There are a variety of supermarkets close by (Rewe, Aldi etc.), a wide range of sports/yoga options, an urban gardening club, as well as a weekly farmers market in near proximity :)

we are Tobias and Nathalie and can't wait to turn this amazing apartment into a cozy home with you! :)

About us:
Tobias works at a company builder, helping companies develop and scale new startups. I am working as a sustainability consultant with a focus on people engagement and biodiversity at a large consultancy. At the moment, we are both working from home most of the time. That's one of the reasons why we are looking forward to having a nice, bright apartment with lots of space and lovely people around us :)

In our free time, we both like to be outside, enjoy good company, and are absolutely passionate about sports (yoga, kickboxing, fitness, bouldering, spikeball etc.).
Tobias likes to work and tinker with wood and I regularly share my passion for yoga with others.
Good coffee, delicious vegan food, lots of plants and conversations about past and upcoming travels are, of course, not to be missed :)

WG-Life:
We are looking for a like-minded person or couple who are just as keen as we are to have a nice, high-quality apartment without having to miss out on the fun, lively WG life.

Although work takes up a lot of time during the week, we enjoy social time after work and on weekends with cooking/game evenings, a sundowner on the balcony or good conversations :)

Keeping the apartment clean and tidy is very important to both of us - it is just a lot nicer to come into a clean kitchen or bathroom (Duh!).

About you:
We are looking for 1 or 2 people (we already had great past experiences living together with a couple, so we'd totally love that as well!) to move in with us :)
