On the 5th of August we are going to travel and our 2 room appartment will be empty - therefore we would like to sublet one room.
We are searching for a new flatmate for this room starting from August 5th to January 27 2021. A couple could also apply ... but this has to be discussed.
The available room has a space of around 20 sqm. The room will be left unfurnished/partially furnished - to be discussed. The apartment has 2 rooms but nobody else will live in the other room. The other room will be used as a storage room for our stuff. You will have the big bright bathroom and the kitchen for yourself.
The apartment is located less than 5 min walking distance from the U station Herrmannplatz/Rathaus Neukölln. The appartment is located in Donaustrasse between Karl-Marx-Strasse and Sonnenallee, and 3 min walking distance from a lot of bus connections (Panierstrasse/Sonnenallee). Basically you will not hear any traffic noise from the big street. Internet connection is 250 MBit combined with a lot of TV channels. The appartment is on the top floor so you will not hear noise from neighbour above
We are looking for trsutable someone who has a stable activity, who can fulfill with the financial requirements and who is able to provide positive Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , a copy of last 3 payment slips or a garantee from someone, a Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (rental debt exemption certificate) and copy of ID/passport. All these documents will be required ... and can be discussed.
We like a clean and tidy environment. The bathroom has a extra big washing machine (8kg), and the fridge the extra big with freezer.
