Lage
Hello there,
I will be leaving Berlin for a few months and have one room to sublet. The dates are late September to January, but I am very flexible :)
The room: large with big windows, a sofa, desk, bed, and record player! The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is a courtyard for you to lock your bike. I would also be happy to lend you my bike whilst you stay here.
The flat is a 2-person WG, with a large bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony. The other flatmate is a friendly German guy, works full time, and is very into outdoor rock climbing.
We are pretty easy about who moves into the flat. You can smoke outside and have friends over, however, we are corona-conscious and do not want any parties.

The flat is located right next to Boddinstraße station, easy walking distance from Feld, Hasenheide, and Sahara. Great places to walk or jog, many places to eat and drink, gyms and cinemas all around.
