The room is spacious and has two huge windows, which makes it bright and cosy. It faces the street, but the windows are new and isolate noise well. There is a nice private balcony for this room. The other two rooms have a shared balcony that faces the patio. The floor is heated and can be controlled in the room.
FURNITURE OFFER
I would like to sell the shelf, desk, ceiling lamp, standing lamp, carpet, curtain rod and curtains at a reduced price. The original total was around 250eur, and I'm asking for 120 eur. This is optional but highly appreciated.
The apartment is located conveniently in between the stations Neukölln and Hermanstrasse, so there's easy access to the ring Bahn, other s-bahn lines, U8, U7 and some bus lines.
There is a cute little park close by (Körnerpark) and a square with a Saturday Market (Wochenmarkt DIE DICKE LINDA).
There are several supermarkets within walking distance (Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl...)
You would be living with Ryan and Ana, both in their mid-late 20s.
Ryan is french and works as an IT manager at a university. In his free time, he plays with a theatre group, works out and goes to clubs. He's been living with me for over 2 years and he's super friendly, kind and social. He always has plans in mind and enjoys cooking new dishes together. He's fluent in french, german and english. He is thinking of moving out so you might get a chance to pick a new flatmate soon.
Ana just moved from to Berlin in August. She's Japanese and studied sound engineering. She works in the service industry and is into healthy cooking. The couple of times I've met her, she seemed like a very positive, fun and warm person.
It is important for us that the new person is open and kind, and willing to eat/drink together every once in a while. Workers are preferred. We have a simple cleaning plan that has worked very well for us. We want the place to feel like a home :)
Each room has its own unlimited contract, which is super convenient.
Everything is legal and with Anmeldung.
There is a one-time extra cost of 250 eur, to cover part of the expenses of everything we've bought for this flat. Including fridge, all kitchenware, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom and balcony furniture... etc. This is a kind of "deposit" you can ask for the new tenant to pay to you once you move out.
We will be having viewings on ONE day between 16-19th of September. I'll confirm the day later. We will only invite 5-6 people. The rental company will need the following documents (to be sent out right after the viewing, so make sure to have them!!!):
- Passport/ ID
- Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
- Proof of income (last 3 months)
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (a letter from your previous landlord saying that you have always paid rent on time)
The room is already free, so you could move in as soon as the paperwork with the agency is done (possibly before 1.11.2021)
If you're interested, please tell us a bit about yourself, what you're doing in Berlin, your hobbies... Also if you would be interested in the furniture I mentioned and if you have the documents ready.
Plus points if you tell us your favourite dish ;)
Looking forward to meeting you!
