Big bright room in Hermannstrasse

Hey there!
We are Carina, Palak and Edib and look for a warm-hearted new room mate.

WG life:
We live together right on Hermannstraße. We've been living together in this constellation since May when Palak joined others that are here now for more than year and a half now. We: Carina (31, social worker), Palak (29, master student), Edib (39, engineer). We are all quite sportive and like to go out into nature. The atmosphere in the apartment is really calm, the party days are over :) Even more so due to the pandemic, but it is safe to say that we all enjoy this relaxing home. We mostly live our lives individually, get together for breakfast or dinners as it comes. We are all open to do more group activities or sports together. Ping pong, Speedminton, bouldering or hiking is all realistic ;) Our WG-language is English.


This may sound a bit strict but we’d like to say in advance that we’re a non smoking flat (also not on the windows nor on the balcony), calm and quite clean (especially in kitchen and bathroom). Which for us means we really clean after ourselves right away. Also, we are vegan/vegetarian and we would prefer that our kitchen stays that way.
Due to allergies / breathing conditions we are not able to accept animals.
You shouldn’t have a problem keeping with these things up :)


The room:
Is about 29 square meters with a lot of windows (on 3 sides) through one of which you can access the balcony. It is the biggest room in the apartment, a typical Berlin Altbau room with hardwood floor, high ceilings etc. Also you'll have lots of morning sun.
Also it's directly on Hermannstrasse, so consider the noise level.
In the pictures it is still furnished but you're gonna see it empty.

Surroundings:
The flat is located close to public transport (U8), Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Körnerpark, various supermarkets and of course lots of restaurants and cafés in Schillerkiez. It is a lively area with the vastness of Tempelhofer Feld not far away.

We're looking for someone to rent the room from the 1st of December and we're looking for a long term roommate.
The meetings are gonna be in the evening on the 7th of November.
As you can imagine, we get a lot of messages and will be able to contact only the people we want to invite to a meeting.
