The room is 16m² and has a window to the backyard. The room has a beautiful 2.80 m high ceiling, which makes it feel spacious. And there will be another room 18m² free 1st of April.
The rent for the 15m² is around 400 euros a month and the second room 18m² is more or less the same rent.
Location
The apartment is centrally located, in five minutes you are on the U8 Leinestr and thus in just less than 5 minutes to the amazing Tempelhoferfield. Edeka, REWE, eurogida, Lisle and everything for daily life can be reached within a few minutes.
Flat share life
It was always a flatshare of 3 people but my beloved flatmates are moving out unfortunately, and I will need someone who can be the hauptmieter
You will share the flat with me ( Taha) 28 years old, a musician and currently working in marketing for Facebook. I like to do sports, make music and cook, and in summer you can easily find me in Tempelhofer field dancing under the sun. Of course cooking together, playing cards, or having a drink from time to time is lovely as always.
We have a nice kitchen-cum-living-room (10m²) in which we can also invite friends from time to time, but we are not a "party flat". The area around the Schillerkiez is beautifully located, fairly quiet and families also live in our building. I am not obsessed with cleanliness, but keeping the apartment clean and tidy is very important to me. Otherwise, the flat share life is very relaxed, and definitely not a purpose-built flat share, but also not a substitute for families (as in almost every flat-share advert).
I value tolerance, openness and authenticity and easy going people. but we are not a “non-stop party flat share”, which is unfortunately not an option in Corona times anyway.

I will be holding castings for the shared flat on Monday and Tuesday (24 & 25.01) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday (27.01) from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The move-in date is from February 1, 2022, possibly from 1st of April, as we have a second room available in the meantime that you can take for 2 month.
