The room is in a well located 3-room flat. It is bright and spatious, orienteted to the east.
I am keeping one of the rooms but will be away 85% of the time, if not completely.
This house has an amazing daylight from both sides (east & west) and is situated in a green area of Neukolln, near Körnerpark. You have a view of trees in the back of the house. It is surrounded by parks in a surprisingly peaceful part of Neukölln.
The rooms come furnished with all the essentials. A double couch bed, big table with. chair, a large drawer unit, a lamp and a lot of plants.. The bathroom is renovated and features a nice bath. There is a new Siemens washing machine. The internet is 50Mbps. Kitchen is well equipped and everything is good for living right away.
There's a cleaning service coming over approx every 2 weeks cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and the floors.
The flat is on the top 3rd floor of the building.
The flat is in very nice neighborhood of Neukölln. Parks are from both sides of the building, there are trees in front of each room's windows. On one side of the building there's Kornerpark, on the other Thomas park. You can also walk to Temeplhof in 15 min.
The location in Neukölln is very convenient - many cafes, food shops and späties are around. Beautiful Körnerpark is right next to the house. A bakery is just around the corner, supermarkets as Real, Penny, Kaufland are in the neighbourhood.
U & Sbahn connection is great.
Ubahn Karl Marx Str (U7) is 5 min away, U&S ring bahn Neukölln is 9min and Ubahn Leinenstr (U8) is 9 min by foot.
Thanks to Ring bahn and the other Ubahn connections you can be on the other side of the city conveniently quickly.
I am looking for a respectful, cool people to live in the flat and treat it like home.
You need to be neat and keep the house clean.
This is one of the two bedrooms rooms where people are staying during this time.
The third room is kept by me, however I will be away 85% of the time, if not completely.
This is a temporary lease and for cca two months, NO Anmeldung is possible. There is a slight possibility of prolonging.
The rent is inclusive of a cleaner that comes approx fortnightly to clean common areas. No pets, no-smoking indoors is allowed.

The flat is available from cca 29.1. or latest from the 31.1.2022.
The deposit of 600e will be returned at the end of the stay.
