Hi new flatmate!
We are Roberto and Peter - two friends that met in Factory Berlin, the coworking space we attend with other entrepreneurs and creative professionals.
We offer a 12 square meter room with parquet floors and a beautiful view of trees. The apartment is a first-time occupancy which means it’s unfurnished, so you can furnish your room as you like.

There is underfloor heating in the entire apartment to keep us warm in the winter, a ground-level bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a second guest toilet. We also have a dining & living-room area with balcony, so there plenty of space to host friends and guests.

**Yes the rent is the dream of any Berlin real estate agent. We know and we pay evenly high per square meter rates. With the current shortage of apartments in Berlin central locations, all the free flats are adapting to the real estate prices and our new WG is not the exception. But hey, capitalism tells us to just make more money so let´s think about how to hack the system. Our WG is the perfect place to begin a startup that will shape economy**
The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It’s the perfect place to be surrounded by green while been few minutes from the city life.

We are only two blocks from Plänterwald and behind the forest you’ll find the Spree. Perfect for jogging and doing water sports! Treptower Park is just 10 minutes by foot, there you’ll also find Insel der Jugend.
Plänterwald S-Bahn stop is a 3-minute walk away. It takes us to Warschauer Str. in 10 min. and Alexanderplatz in 20 min (S8-S9 every 10 minutes).
Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Neukölln can be reached by bike in 15-20 minutes.
There is also a Bus stop in front of building taking us directly to Treptower Park (Neukölln). Other Bus stop (next to Plänterwald) will take us in 22 minutes to Kitkat in case you are into kinky-techno vibes.
As we mentioned before, we are two friends that met in a fun coworking space called Factory Berlin. A space for creative professionals looking to re-shape the world economy through digital projects.
We arelooking for someone with entrepreneurial mindset, that has their own startup, a side-hustle or the ambition to have one.
About Peter
I am German, currently fulfilling the role of a community manager in a European scaleup that helps people be self-employed with a new type of job distribution. I'm curious and value personal development, like reading and going on adventures. As soon it's >10°C you'll find me on Insel der Jugend doing Calisthenics. 2022 I'll focus on building a side-business - so I hope you have similar ambitions or are already building it or having your own startup. That way we can kick our asses to get there faster - are you in?
About Robbie
I'm a Chilean-Swiss entrepreneur that has lived in 6 countries and 10 different cities. I currently work as success manager in the digital department of an international company reshaping HR industry with technology. I´m also co-founder of ODISEA and Ballena Retreats. On my free time I enjoy going to the parks, bars, clubs and I also do spiritual activities such as yoga, singing circle and shamanic retreats on the Italian mountains (once a year).
WG life:
We want to have a small professional flat-sharing community. We aim to make this place amazing by having plants, recycling bins and a space for yoga & meditation.
This are some ways we want to make our home awesome:
- whiteboard in the living room for creative sessions, brainstorming, ideas ...
- collaborative community: we are all in charge to keep everything clean
- roomie rituals / roomie activities: cooking once or twice a month, throwing parties from time to time, bike trips, going to the highest point of the city
- cleaning: we will set up the rules together
- open to guests and also creative sessions
The apartment will be ready for occupancy only from 1.03.2022. Until then we can have a walk-through of the construction site, if needed.
There is a nice balcony and a 24sqm living room for us to create a cozy place to live in.
Robbie and I plan to provide living room furniture as well as all the stuff we need to live in a flat (vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils ..)
* the flat is brand new, this is why we require you to have a personal liability insurance (Privathaftpflichtversicherung) (like 50€ a year)
