Hi all,
We are looking for a new flatmate to join in our 3 room apartment at the Karl-Marx-Strasse in Neukölln. You’ll be living with us, Oli (27, German) and Tom (25, Dutch), sharing a tiny kitchen and an even tinier bathroom. The room is about 11sqm and furnished with a desk, bed, closet and a random chair. Because our old flatmate is leaving unexpectedly fast to move in with her boyfriend, the room is effectively available as soon as possible, with no end-date. Anmeldung is also possible and our landlord is decent (he's a landlord, so yeah). Rent is 500 euro’s including a roomy budget for utilities (so we don’t expect the rent to increase anytime soon), the deposit is 600 euro’s. We know the pictures don’t look that great right now (they’re screenshots from a video), as soon as we are back home we will update quality of the pictures 😊
We’re both in the end of our studies, doing a bunch of medical related stuff (no cool doctors tho). We both like to go out in the weekends, or for food, or for drinks, not always but often together. Also extra points if you enjoy partaking in the preparation of Hummus. Also we love nut butters. Of course everyone has their own lives but we’d love to find a flatmate that also is down to do join every now and then.
The apartment is located 2 minutes from the S+U Neukölln with great connection to almost every location in Berlin. The room is on the backside of the building so not too loud with traffic.
If you could include (a) picture(s) of yourself that’d be nice so we have an idea of who you are. In the coming day(s) we’ll reply to some of you but we probably can’t reply to everyone, sorry for that, that’s just how it is.
