Sublet the biggest room (25m²) in our Neukölln apartment (15th Dec 2022 - 15th April 2023)

There is an opening in our Neukölln apartment at Böhmische Straße. For personal reasons, our third flatmate left ahead of the 1-year long sublease and so the room is already available from 15th December 2022 - 15th April 2023. Currently the room is completely unfurnished and so you would have the possibility to bring your own furniture. The size of the room is 25m². The warm rent is 750 euros (which includes all bills). Deposit is one month's rent.

At this time, we can only offer a limited contract because our lease for the apartment ends in April 2023.

We are a friendly, easy-going flat-share and work as artists and creatives in our fields. The apartment we share is a ground floor apartment with a total of four rooms + kitchen + bathroom (total 100 m2). The cozy altbau is located in a very nice and culturally diverse neighborhood of Rixdorf (close to Böhmischer Platz). Lots of bars, restaurants, parks and supermarkets. The shared common areas are the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils (including a dishwasher). The apartment has a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

All folks are welcome here. Most importantly, you have a good spirit and able to take shared responsibility of the apartment's cleanliness.

In unserer Neuköllner Wohnung in der Böhmischen Straße ist ein Zimmer frei geworden. Unser dritter Mitbewohner ist aus persönlichen Gründen vorzeitig ausgezogen, so dass das Zimmer bereits vom 15. Dezember 2022 - 15. April 2023 frei ist. Das Zimmer ist derzeit komplett unmöbliert, so dass Sie die Möglichkeit haben, eigene Möbel mitzubringen. Die Größe des Zimmers beträgt 25m². Die Warmmiete beträgt 750 Euro (inklusive aller Nebenkosten). Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.

Zur Zeit können wir nur einen befristeten Vertrag anbieten, da unser Mietvertrag für die Wohnung im April 2023 endet.

Wir sind eine freundliche, lockere WG und arbeiten als Künstler und Kreative in unseren Bereichen. Die Wohnung, die wir teilen, ist eine Erdgeschosswohnung mit insgesamt vier Zimmern + Küche + Bad (insgesamt 100 m2). Der gemütliche Altbau befindet sich in einem sehr schönen und kulturell vielfältigen Stadtteil von Rixdorf (nahe Böhmischer Platz). Es gibt viele Bars, Restaurants, Parks und Supermärkte. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind die Küche und das Bad. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien (einschließlich einer Spülmaschine). Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

Alle Leute sind hier willkommen. Am wichtigsten ist, dass Sie einen guten Geist haben und in der Lage sind, Mitverantwortung für die Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu übernehmen.
