In our WG of three girls there will be space for three month. I'm going on a vacation for 3,5 weeks in march and afterwards my roommate will be away for an internship in april and may. My room (pic 1-3) is 20 squaremeters big and fully furnished: it has a doublebed, a desk, and closet and would cost 500€ + caution. My roommates room (pic 6) is 12 square meters big and also fully furnished: with doublebed and closet (there is another desk in the cellar, if you need one :)) and would cost 360€ a month + caution .
The flat has a relatively big kitchen and bathroom, which will be shared with my lovely roomies. My room is the one with access to the balcony, were you can catch some sunlight and have a great view over the street, but it is also shared with the other roomies. We have a dishwasher and a laundry machine, which work but they are a bit old. The kitchen is fully stocked with oven, stove, fridge, toaster and smoothie maker.
The flat is located in beautiful Alt-Treptow, which is very close to the Treptower Park, and you're gonna be in Neukölln in 3 minutes by foot and Kreuzberg (Görli) in about 5 minutes, also F-hain is very close.
We have the 194 bus directly in front of our house, which can bring you to S-Bahnhof Treptower Park or U Hermannplatz. A walk to the S-Bahn would take you about 12 minutes.
There is also the very popular Safari Falafel in our ground floor, so you will always be provided with falafel ;) The Kiez is super lovely. We have a vegan burgerplace, a cafe, bookshop, postoffice, späti, copyshop, amazing pizza and the Landwehrkanal and Maybachufer are also not far away.
My roomies are open to do stuff together, but its not a must, if you're going to be busy. But of course cleaning tasks and stuff like that are being shared equally.

It would also be great if you could water my plant babies or let my roomies in to do that.
