Ich (Nilay) suche eine Person zur Zwischenmiete (6 Wochen) für mein Zimmer mit Balkon in Neukölln-Britz. Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß und Teil einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Couch, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Regal. Auf dem Balkon befindet sich auch eine Couch und ein kleiner Tisch.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe der U7 Station Grenzallee (5min zu Fuß). Die S-Bahn Stationen Neukölln und Hermannstraße sind in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist gemeinschaftlich, wir sind also keine Zweck-WG. Das heißt, du solltest offen für spontane Pläuschchen, Abendessen oder ein Getränk in der Küche sein, alles aber ohne Zwang.

I (Nilay) am looking for a person for interim rent for my room with balcony in Neukölln. The room is 20m² and part of a 2-room apartment. The room is furnished with a bed, couch, wardrobe, desk and shelf. On the balcony there is also a couch and a small table.
The apartment is located in a quiet street near the U7 station Grenzallee (5min walk). The S-Bahn stations Neukölln and Hermannstraße are within 10min walking distance.
Living together in the WG is communal, so we are not a purpose WG. That means you should be open for spontaneous chats, dinner or a drink in the kitchen, but all without coercion.
