Looking for a new female subtenant from May 4th in a 2 person female WG.
The room is partly furnished with a bed (120 cm) and storage for clothing. It has a tiled stove (not to be used), painted floor and some decorations that will be kept there during the limited time that the room will be sublet. There are also some acoustic panels on the walls that need to stay up. High speed internet and all other utilities are included in the rent.
There are two equally sized bedrooms (each ~20 sqm) in the flat, a big bathroom with wash machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of space. The flat is located in the hinterhaus with yards on both sides, so it is nice and quiet. The two windows in the bedroom are facing south, overlooking a lush beautiful yard. Plenty of sunlight and birds chirping during spring and summer.
Rixdorf is a really nice and charming area of Neukölln. Supermarkets, bars, cafés and parks (Tempelhofer, Plänterwald, Körner Park etc.) around the corner. A short walk to the U- and S-bahn. Plenty of supermarkets and good falafel around. Richardplatz and Böhmischer Platz are two nearby lovely spots to stroll and hang out.
No smoking inside. It is a pescatarian kitchen.
I’m a 27 year old female architect from Barcelona who works full time. I’m calm, clean, and do not make noise when I’m home. I see the home as mainly a place to relax, cook, and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere rather than a place to socialize. Guests are welcome but in some moderation. We are quite organized and like to keep the flat tidy and clean, and the same would be expected from a new flatmate.
