The location is approximately a 13-minute walk or a 2-minute bike ride from Götz Bahnhof. The RE1 train provides convenient transportation options, with a 20-minute journey to Potsdam, a 40-minute journey to Berlin-Charlottenburg Station, and a 10-minute journey to Brandenburg an der Havel.

As a tenant, you would have shared access to a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom, which includes a bathtub and two toilets. Additionally, there is a garden, grill, pool, and sauna available for shared use among the residents.

The private room itself is furnished and equipped with a simple bed, desk, chair, shelves. The flat has a fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Die Lage ist etwa 13 Gehminuten oder 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Götz Bahnhof entfernt. Die RE1-Bahn bietet bequeme Transportmöglichkeiten, mit einer 20-minütigen Fahrt nach Potsdam, einer 40-minütigen Fahrt zum Bahnhof Berlin-Charlottenburg und einer 10-minütigen Fahrt nach Brandenburg an der Havel.
