The Carnaby Living House Berlin is a newly built student dorm at Ostendstraße 27 in the district of Treptow-Köpenick (opening 1. October 2018). The 172 furnished rooms are spread over 53 apartments on 6 floors. Each apartment has a spacious kitchen with a cozy sitting area, and 1-2 bathrooms depending on the size of the apartment. Washing machines are available for shared use.
In addition to the attractive location on the Ostendstraße in Oberschöneweide with direct access to the surrounding universities (University of Applied Sciences, Humboldt University of Berlin, Academy of Dramatic Arts "Ernst Busch") the technical standard in the building is particularly convincing. By using your own home app with internal communication modules, parcel station and access can be easily controlled. Agreements and administrative processes also take place digitally.
