Hello all!
I am going to move to another city and I am looking for a substitute for my cozy room in Pankow. The duration of the contract will be at least 10 months and it will be directly with the landlord.
The room is very spacious and sunny, especially in the mornings. In the room there is also a balcony, which is very enjoyable in summer :). All the apartment and the room is fully furnished and equipped (except for blankets and pillow).
All the bills are taking into account on the price (including internet and cleaning service twice per month)
The apartment is 8 min away walking from Pankow station, but you can take the X54 bus which is almost in front of the building.
The area is very calm and with a lot of trees and green areas. Also the neighbors are very quite and respectful
Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland are close also.
You will be sharing the flat with one more person. Both rooms can be locked with a key so you have full privacy. For the moment you will share with a british guy but he will probably leave too.
English is mandatory for communication with the flatmate and me. Spanish desirable. The landlord speaks german and english.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed, only in the balcony.
Since a new law regarding rents has been approved in Berlin, the price might be reduced according to the law. To be discussed with the landlord.
