As a consequence of the current situation I have returned to Spain with permission to telework from here indefinitely.
I am going to leave my flat which I share with a good friend who works as a doctor in Berlin.
The flat is a complete ground floor of a two-storey building of recent construction (2 years ago) so all the materials, furniture and appliances are practically new. In addition, the house has a large garden for the exclusive use of our house, barbecue and storage perfect for the arrival of spring (In the photos, the fence that separates it from the street has been replaced by a new one now in December and the green fabric is still to be put up).
The location is a quiet area north of Alexanderplatz (20-25 mins by M2 tram, 15 by bike). It shares a common outdoor area with other similar flats with bicycle parking, laundry area, park...) and the tram stops right in front of it.
I am looking for a serious, responsible and social person, the contract would be for 6 months minimum, with possibility of extension, to enter now in july. You would be a direct part of the lease with the landlord and of course anmeldung.
The price per month is 500 although I could negotiate it somewhat, the deposit can also be negotiable, as long as I have a good feedback of the person.
