We have a wonderful room in our 4-person shared apartment.
The room is almost squared in shape and a window facing west. Since it is an old building, each room has high ceilings and high windows, which makes the apartment already bright. The room is, like the other rooms - except for the kitchen and the two bathrooms, equipped with beautiful old wooden floorboards.
The furniture you see in the pictures can be bought for 100 Euro.
The apartment is very well located - just off the metro/tram stop Vinetastraße (1 stop from the
Ringbahn station Schönhauserallee) and has an east-west orientation. The apartment has a very unusual layout because it consists of 2 apartments, there are some rooms twice, as well as the front door!
There is a kitchen, a living room where friends are welcome or even movies are viewed, two bathrooms with bath or shower so no one has to wait and of course the private rooms of each one of us. The Kitchen and living room go west, your room to the west (evening sun!).
The shared flat is a wonderful potpourri of different people. All of us have spent some time abroad, speak different languages and are open to new things. In the flat each one of us contributes to the living with their strengths. We very much appreciate if you"re motivated to make living nice for everyone. We do share quite some daily items and many things will be there for you to use already (most of the things in the kitchen and bathroom). If things break it would be nice if you take action to fix things as well.
