I am subletting my room in a aprox 100 m2 apartment in Florastr. (Pankow - Berlin) from 29.11.23 to 20.01.24 (54 days). The room itself it´s more or less 15 m2 and with a lot of light and parket floor. You will find in it: desk, a double bed, blankets and a towel.
If you decide to spend your holidays/time here in my beautiful room, you will share the apartment with 2 lovely musicians. Bur dont worry the apartment its big enough and probably you will not even meet them :) . You can use, apart from my room, all the share places in the apartment like balcony and living room! The flat, which is located in an old building typical of Berlin, is bright, spacious and has beautiful vines that will make you feel very comfortable. It is necessary to explain that this is not a "party house" and that you can smoke just at the balcony. Also that I am looking for a person who is willing to share the housework, in case the stay is longer than two weeks. These include: cleaning your own room and one of the common areas once a month (bathroom, living room or kitchen), taking out the rubbish, tidying up the dishwasher, watering the plants and keeping the shared areas tidy and clean. We like to live in a space that is pleasant for the senses.
Pankow it's a very quiet neighborhood and very good connect with many transport possibilities. You can be at the center in just 20-30 minutes. This area it's also is very green during the Sommer and not far from the Flughafen See (Lake) that it's my favorite one.... Also you have many parks very near, like the Bügerpark Pankow or the forest Schönholz (walking distance)
Come to enjoy Berlin from a quite place!
Important: A deposit of 50 € or part of it will be provided in case of accidents (breakage or breakage of objects), loss of keys or lack of cleanliness at the time of delivery. The return of this deposit will be made as far as possible once I have checked the delivery.

In the house you have plenty of room to hang out: a 25 m2 living room and a balcony. The kitchen has all you need, including a dishwasher, and you can have nice meals there in 3 people.
The bathroom is comfortable and comes with a bathtub. In case you need it, there is a small storage room.
You would share the flat with my wonderful flatmate Juan (33) and Goli (43) from Chile. Both speaks English and a little German.
We like to have friends over for tea, dinner etc., but this is not a party-house. It's also not an Hotel, so you must be able to do a deep cleaning if you stay here for a month or more. We have a "respect rule" : to keep the spaces "as good as you find it". We love to keep the places clean and confortable for all of us.
In this WG you will find a very good energy with communicative but also very independent people :)
In 5 minutes walk you are at the Sbahn station Wollankstr. and in 10 min at S/Ubhan station Pankow. At the same Flora street you have a bus Station that connects other U-bahn stations, like the U8.
Very close to the flat you find Rewe, Netto, Denns, a small Bio-Laden and Edeka. On the street there are also nice café and restaurants.
