Hello dear searcher,
I am Massimo and I am leaving this nice room and apartment in Prenzlauerberg as I am moving into a new place with my girlfriend.
The apartment is on the 4th floor in a renovated house with new furniture and it is in a super cool area with many restaurants, grocery shops and bars around. The room is fully furnished and it faces the internal part of the house (so it is not directly on the Schonhauseralle, therefore it is super quiet and silent).
You will live with friendly and easy going house mates: Fabio and Manuel, who are living and working in Berlin since several years. It goes without saying that we are expecting you to respect the house rules such as being clean, tide, not smoking and not making loud noises after 11pm.
We are only looking for a person working full time with an unlimited contract. We would like a person that would like to take over my contract lasting until the 15th of January 2024 but that can be extended right now until January 2025. In order to do this, the house agency would need the Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , the confirmation of your rent payments and the last 3 payslips.
