Hey WG hunters,
My lovely gf is at Erasmus, so I am looking for someone to fill an empty room until before Xmas
(this year).
The room is small (12sqm) but fortunately it's part of a large 80sqm flat used (in total) by only 2 people and has a nice view to the park.
The room is furnished with bed + mattress (200x160), office table with a lamp and chair, small side table and shelf.
Personal belongings (on the room photo) goes away, so count only with the furniture minus the TV + TV table.
The flat is at the 18th floor of an 18 story nice (block apartments house) Plattenbau (yes at the top!).
It has a unique panoramic view towards the city center.
The flat has 2 bedrooms / 1 large living room / 1 large kitchen / Nice clean renovated bathroom with a shower corner behind a glass, a hallway and a mini-room for washing machine and cleaning stuff.
You would have also few shelves available inside a cupboard for clothes in the living room / multi hanger for jackets and space for your shoes/boots in the hallway.
We can provide bedding and towel if needed.
I could also leave a plant there if desired .)

The location of the flat is 2 tram stops from S Landsberger Allee (Ringbahn), has plenty of supermarkets nearby.
The building is next to a park with a large pond and fountain (Fennpfuhlpark) and there's another hilly park (Prenzlauer Berg Volkspark) nearby, good for jogging and walks.
It's ideally sandwiched between Prenzlauerberg and Friedrichshein.
You'd live with a guy in mid 30s (young-ish tho) who's going through a longer re-skilling process and learning German atm.
I speak fluent English and some German.
There's also a main tenant of this apartment who's officially part of the WG but only comes here once a few weeks to take a shower and is gone in 20 minutes, no need to spend any time with him or engage in conversation or anything :).
If you’re the tenant:
You would sign a time limited sub-sublet contact with my gf and you would pay her the rent and deposit on her bank account.
The deposit is paid in the moment you sign the contract and Rent is being payed a day before you move in, the whole sum of 400€ for the 21 days period.
200 EUR returnable deposit plus 50 EUR key deposit (if you loose it, it's a big hassle to make a new one, and it’s expensive).
After you leave, the deposit will be paid right after the room inspection, next day.
