One beautiful room to let in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, on the impressive Husemannstrasse. The apartment is located 50 meters from the Kollwitzplatz where every Thursday and Saturday there's an organic market. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars and one prominent theatre (Ballhaus Ost) nearby and it takes 10-15 minutes via underground or tram to reach the centre. The mauerpark, one of Berlin's best-loved fleamarkets is also 10 minutes walk from the flat. Nearby are two large supermarkets and the Kulturbrauerei, an old brewery converted to an entertainment centre with many bars, clubs, a cinema, a pool hall and a theatre.
In the front of the apartment there is a tranquil courtyard and in the back a lawn and an open space, so that the apartment is quiet amidst the busy Prenzlauer Berg.
The flat hast to separate rooms. One room has a comfortable design bed a large sofa , an HD-TV with Blu-Ray Player, and a closet. There are all designer furniture,I am passionate about good design and comfortable living. The second room can serve both as a working space and a guestroom, since it includes a small bed. In the kitchen there are various appliances such as, amongst others, a dish washer, a washing machine, a microwave and a steamer. Wifi-Internet is included in the price. As I am very passionate about design and comfortable living, I have equipped the flat with designer furniture and unique pieces of art. Many of the paintings in the house are by the Mexican artist Luis Uribe.the flat has recently been renovated and redecorated, new fotos will be uploaded soon
