Gemütliche 2er WG / Prenzlberg / ab sofort

Die Lage sehr gut angebunden an die Öffis. Wir haben direkt vor der Haustüre (3-5 Minuten Fußweg) die Ringbahn sowie die Tramlinie 4. Somit bist du in alle Richtungen gut und schnell verbunden, beispielsweise kannst du Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Wedding oder Mitte in nur 15 Minuten erreichen.

Direkt vor unserer Haustüre haben wir einen riesigen Alnatura, Edeka, Aldi, DM und eine Apotheke, sowie das Mühlenberg Center mit einer Postfiliale und anderen Läden wie Rossmann, Netto etc.

Einen Spaziergang entfernt ist man beim Kollwitzplatz oder Arnswalder Platz und findet unzählige Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sowie viele Second Hand Läden, Bücherläden oder Biomärkte.

Was ich an der Lage am meisten liebe: wir haben den Volkspark Friedrichshain, Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg sowie den Weissen See in Fußweite, bzw. erreicht man sie mit den Öffis in nur 5-10 Minuten.

The location is very well connected to public transport. We have the Ringbahn and tram line 4 right on our doorstep (3-5 minutes' walk). So you are well and quickly connected in all directions, for example you can reach Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Wedding or Mitte in just 15 minutes.

Right on our doorstep we have a huge Alnatura, Edeka, Aldi, DM and a pharmacy, as well as the Mühlenberg Center with a post office and other shops such as Rossmann, Netto etc.

A walk away is Kollwitzplatz or Arnswalder Platz and you will find countless cafés, bars and restaurants as well as many second-hand shops, bookstores and organic markets.

What I love most about the location: we have the Volkspark Friedrichshain, Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg and the Weisse See within walking distance, or they can be reached by public transport in just 5-10 minutes.

So stelle ich mir das gemeinsame WG Leben vor: unser Heim ist ein Tempel der Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Wenn man Abends nach Hause kommt, kann man die Türe hinter sich schließen und entspannen oder ab und zu mal gemeinsam in der Küche sitzen, sich vom Tag erzählen oder über Dies und Das philosophieren. Ich liebe es zu kochen und teile das auch gerne mit meinen MitbewohnerInnen :)
Ich bin durch Studium und Arbeit viel unterwegs und stehe unter der Woche früh auf, idealerweise bist du also tagsüber auch beschäftigt und hast einen ähnlichen Rhythmus.

Zu mir: Ich bin Vanessa, 28 Jahre alt und studiere an der UdK den Studiengang Musik und Bewegung. Nebenher arbeite ich freiberuflich als Geigenlehrerin bei mir Zuhause. Ich habe manchmal also ca. 3 Schüler am Nachmittag da, das sollte kein Problem sein. Ist aber nur an drei Tagen in der Woche. Ansonsten liebe ich es zu Tanzen, ich habe vorher eine Ausbildung für zeitgenössischen Tanz gemacht und tanze gerne und viel brasilianisches Forró. Seit kurzem habe ich auch eine kleine Band mit der wir brasilianische Choros spielen :)

This is how I imagine our WG life: our home is a temple of peace and comfort. When you come home in the evening, you can close the door behind you and relax or sit together in the kitchen every now and then, talking about the day or philosophizing about this and that. I love to cook and I also like to share it with my roommates :)
Im quiet busy because of my studies and work, during the week I get up early. So ideally you are have a similar rhythm!

About me: I'm Vanessa, 28 years old and I'm studying music and movement at the UdK. I also work as a freelance violin teacher at home. So sometimes I have about 3 students there in the afternoon, that shouldn't be a problem. But it's only three days a week. Otherwise I love to dance, I previously trained in contemporary dance and I like to dance a lot of Brazilian Forró. Recently I started a small band with which we play Brazilian choros :)
