Super cozy room (10m²) in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with many restaurants and bars around. The appartement is perfectly located. The tramway stop Zionskirchplatz (M1 and 12) is only a 2min walk from the flat / Rosenthaler Platz - 7min walking / Lidl - 4min walking.
I’m Thomas by the way and I’m coming from France. I will me moving away from the WG at the end of November.
You will then share the flat with Claudio and Regina.
Claudio is 29 years old and work for 3 years in a communication agency.
Regina is 25. She is studying in Berlin and comes originally from Hambourg.
The room includes :
A big bed 200x200m
A Malm kommode (Ikea)
2 lamps
A Drying rack
Curtains
A shoe rack
An additional 350€ will be asked for all the furniture (mandatory if you decide to move in).
We are looking for a clean, responsible and working person. We usually spend our evenings in our rooms and like to hang out from time to time during the weekend. No party is allowed in the flat. It’s important to know that the flat doesn’t have a living room. Just a kitchen, a place where to eat, a bathroom and 3 rooms.
Tenants are required to have Schufa (jetzt beantragen) (request now) and/or payslips
Anmeldung is possible
The deposit for the room will be 950€
All heat, power, water and internet costs are included in the rental costs - 355€ per month
