I subrent rent my lovely room in mid September from 5th to 26th of September. The moving in and out date is flexible :)
The apartment is well located at the edge of Prenzlauer Berg and within a 5 minutes walk you are at Mauer Park. Which is known for nice flee markets on the weekends! Bars, Resteraunts and supermarkets are within a walking distance.
The room is about 23qm and has a lovely balcony from which you have a beautiful view over Berlin. The room is equipped with everything you need. At the moment I only have a 90cm mattress due to delivery problems of the new one. But there is a guest mattress as well if you have friends over.
The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a nice Kaffee machine and washing machine of course. The bathroom is nice and clean and we have a bath tube as well :)
You will share the flat with my two lovely roomies Sofie (27) and Annika (24). They are both students and always up for some smalltalk or activities! We enjoy a friendly and respectful living together and it would be great if you share the same!
