The room is 16sqm with a long balcony and it comes with queen size bed, cloth rack, table, chair, 48" TV and window blind. The flat (200sqm) is very bright & spacious with an open kitchen, dining and living room - all of them with access to the balcony. There is one bathroom and one guest WC as well as a closet that we share. The access to the flat is through an elevator to the penthouse. All the shared rooms are furnished with quality furniture and utensils. Flat must be always clean and organised.
I will be traveling from the 21.01. until at least 10.03. or 10.05., as I depend on a feedback to know when I return home.
The rent price will be on a monthly basis and it's reduced in 15% than what I actually pay, to increase the chance that my flatmates get a nice new flatmate while I'm away. This price is thought for someone entering on the 21.01., but also possible to start on the 01.02., for 650€/month.
About my flatmates: they work and like to have friends over for dinners, are quite chill and good humoured. More we can talk in person or via facetime.
