As I just accepted a position aboard, I free my room from the 15th of November for the long term. Anmeldung is possible.
The room is 13 sq meters and located at the end of the flat so it is cozy, you'll hear nothing, and fill like inside a cocoon. You will find a brand-new bed that I bought from Ikea in July (bill to proof) and would like to sell it at the same time that you will enter the room.
Besides, there is a big wardrobe, a shelf, a desk with a chair, and a small bedtable. Therefore, you will have enough space to store your belongings, and feel free to bring other furniture.
The room is very sunny in the morning and faces the courtyard so no noize from the street. During afternoon and evening, you could see sunset with nice colors.
Both the floor and the walls are in good condition.
Rent is 470eu all inclusive.
The flat has:
- Living room with dining area, balcony, beamer with screen and piano.
- 1 + 1/2 bathrooms with washing machine
- A well-equipped kitchen with everything, induction plate, and dishwasher
- Entrance area and storage room
- You can leave your bike in the courtyard
The area is quiet and you will be close to Mitte, Fhain and Prenzli. We have excellent neighbors that never complain:)

Our shared flat is a mixture of nationalities, and personalities. We speak German with each other but also French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

-Eduardo, 26, Brazilian, is a recruiter and works most of the time from home.
-Ivan, 27, Argentinian, is a doctor and works at the hospital.
-Torben, 23, German, is a paramedic and is studying to become a firefighter.
We are looking for authentic people who are into doing things together, like going out for drinks, partying, having gather-ups in the apartment and having meals together.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule and you have to be able to join in. You should also keep the bathrooms, living room, kitchen and entrance area tidy. We are not cleaning freaks, but the WG works best when we take care of it :-)

As mentioned, I wish to sell my brand-new bed (IKEA from July 2022) to the new tenant. I paid 550eu (bill to proof) and expect 400eu for it.
I'll be in Berlin from Tuesday 8th of November till Sunday 13th of November to plan visits.
