Hey everyone interested,

the flat is about 80m2 big, very calm and located in truly one of the best areas in Prenzlauer Berg. The whole flat has big sunny windows, high ceilings and the rooms have wooden floors. It is a renovated old building, the flat has a completely new kitchen and all the furniture is new.
Here is space for 4 lovely people who plan to stay longterm and wanna make this flat a home.

The whole flat is fully furnished. There is a washing machine, a dish washer and its equipped with all the basics (kitchen stuff, bath, dishes etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.

In the rent everything is included, all the service charges, water, heating, green power, internet etc. Ur room is completely furnished.

Registration/ Anmeldung is possible.

Location

Helmholtzplatz is the closest park nearby. There u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. But also Stargarder Str. and Dunker Str. are a very vivid streets with a lot of things to do. Probably some of u might also know Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei and Kollwitzplatz. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner.

The flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network (only a few stops to Alexnderplatz) as it is really in the center and in an area that is absolutely popular if u are familiar with the city.

Iphigenie, a French girl of 24 years old, she just arrived in Berlin to work as Brand Ambassador for a french Spirit company.
Very sociale, and dynamic she love meeting people, find cute food & coffe places, and traveling.
She is always open to do thinks but needs also sometimes her own privacy.
Wants to make the flat the best home for everyone

Grete is 21 years old from Estonia, who recently moved to Berlin to focus on her career as an Operations Specialist in the field of Hospitality. She enjoys reading, travelling, discovering new restaurants bars and meeting new people.

Petra is 24 years old and she is from the Czech Republic. Previously she studied for her Bachelor's degree in Scotland and is currently a Master's student in photography. Her hobbies include photography but also reading books, travelling, going for walks, meeting new people, visiting art exhibitions and cinema.

We wanna find someone, who is fun, responsible and inspiring. Preferably working people, so everyone has the same daily rhythm. No boring people, just a good balance. The flat should be a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wanna stay longterm (more then 6 months, one year people have even better chances : )
We would really want to find people who want to fill this flat with live and love.
