Zwischenmiete/Sublet in Schöneberg-Tempelhof vom 20.8.-15.10.

Hallo ihr Lieben,

Zimmer in LGBTQ*-freundlicher WG für einen Monat zu vermieten. Ich bin selbst Teil der Community und erwarte daher eine offene, tolerante und freundliche Person. Die Miete bezieht sich auf einen Monat.

In der Wohnung lebt eine 12 Jahre alte Katze namens Mimi.

da ich im August, September und Oktober viel vereist sein werde biete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof und ist nach Westen orientiert.

Das Bett ist mit 180x200 cm und einer noch sehr neuen teuren Matratze sehr bequem und bietet einen guten Schlaf. Es gibt eine Kommode und einen Kleiderschrank. Einen sehr gemütlichen alten Sessel und natürlich auch ein Fernseh mit Smart Funktion. Prime, Netflix uhd Disney+ sind nutzbar.

Das Bad ist für Berliner Verhältnisse recht durchschnittlich. Es gibt ein kleines Fenster und eine Badewanne mit Duschfunktion. Gerade haben wir jedoch einen kleinen Schaden an der Wanne und hoffen, dass er schnell behoben werden kann. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine.

Ich bitte darum die Pflanzen pfleglich zu behandeln dazu gerne einfach immer mal die Erde fühlen und ggf nachgießen wenn sie sich nicht feucht anfühlt. Ich bin allerdings manchmal auch in Berlin und werde in dieser Zeit in unserem kleinen Gästezimmer schlafen, kann also bei den Pflanzen auch mithelfen. :)

Ich bin Kunsthistoriker und sehr an Kultur interessiert. Bin offen für Gespräche bei Wein oder Bier oder auch einen Museumsbesuch ;) Frauke (32) studiert Biologie und ist eine super coole lustige und tolle Mitbewohnerin. Sie legt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine und natürlich Kühlschrank.

Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne der - nach vorheriger Absprache - gerne auch gemeinsam genutzt werden kann

The price is for one month.

We have a 12 year okd cat living with us named Mimi.

Since I will be traveling a lot in August, September and October I am renting out this beautiful room in a renovated Altbau. The room is located to the quiet courtyard and is oriented to the west.

The bed is very comfortable with 180x200 cm and a still very new expensive mattress and offers a good sleep. There is a dresser and a closet. A very cozy old armchair and of course a TV with smart function. Prime, Netflix uhd Disney+ are usable.

The bathroom is quite average by Berlin standards. There is a small window and a bathtub with shower function. However, right now we have a little damage to the tub and hope it can be fixed quickly. There is a washing machine.

I would like to ask you to treat the plants with care and to feel the soil every now and then and water it if it does not feel moist. However, I will not be away for the whole time and occasionally stay in our small guest room. I can therefore also help with the plants. :)

I am an art historian and very interested in culture. Am open for conversations over wine or beer or even a museum visit ;) My flatmate Frauke (32) is studying biology and is a very cool funny and overall great person. She does value cleanliness a lot!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and of course refrigerator.

The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a view of the greenery which - by prior arrangement - can also be used together.
