GER: Wir wohnen direkt an der Hauptstraße auf Höhe der Akazienstraße mit vielen Discounter/Supermärkten, Biomärkten, Fitnessstudio, Kiosk, alles innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten. Die Bushaltestelle Albertstraße (M43, M48, M85, M187) ist 2 min entfernt, S1 und U7 sind 7 Minuten entfernt. Anschluss zur Ringbahn findest du über die S Schöneberg, 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

ENG: We live directly on the main street at the level of Akazienstraße with many discounters/supermarkets, organic markets, gym, kiosk, all within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop Albertstraße (M43, M48, M85, M187) is 2 minutes away, S1 and U7 are 7 minutes away. You can find connections to the Ringbahn via S Schöneberg, a 10-minute walk away.

GER: Wir sind keine Zweck WG und suchen eine vierte Person im Bunde, die zu uns passt, der ein gemeinschaftliches, rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben wichtig ist, und die mit uns diesen Wohlfühlort weiter gestalten will. Gleichzeitig sind wir allesamt berufstätig, arbeiten teilweise auch remote von zu Hause aus und daher ist uns rücksichtsvoller Umgang wichtig und, dass auch das individuelle Bedürfnis nach Rückzug nicht zu kurz kommt. Communication is key ;-)
Wir haben allesamt Spaß am Nachtleben, aber sind keine Party-WG und wollen es auch nicht werden. Ordnung ist uns wie schon gesagt auch sehr wichtig. Wir teilen Hausarbeit fair untereinander auf und kaufen die wichtigsten Dinge auch zusammen ein. Wir möchten außerdem nicht, dass in unserem Haushalt Fleisch konsumiert wird (Pluspunkte, wenn du vegan bist). In der WG achten wir auf Nachhaltigkeit, sparsamen Energieverbrauch und Mülltrennung. Wir würden uns von dir eine Offenheit für Spiritualität wünschen, und laden dich herzlich zum gemeinsamen Meditieren und/oder Yoga ein und freuen uns umso mehr, wenn du auch neue Routinen zu unserem geteilten Alltag beitragen möchtest.

ENG: We are not looking for a fourth person for economic reasons, but for someone who shares our values and is communally minded, considerate, and who wants to actively shape this feel-good place together. At the same time, we all have jobs and sometimes work remotely from home, so it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and that our individual need for privacy is not neglected.Communication is key ;-)
We all enjoy nightlife, but we are not a party flat and don't want to become one. As already mentioned, cleanliness is also very important to us. We distribute the housework fairly and buy the most important household items together. We also don't want meat to be consumed in our household (extra points if you're vegan). In the shared flat we pay attention to sustainability, economical energy consumption and waste separation. We would like you to be open to spirituality and invite you to meditate and/or do yoga together. We would be even happier if you would also like to contribute new routines to our shared everyday life.
