One of our flatmates is gone from 5th of April till 11th of May 2024.

The price is 500 € for 4 weeks or. 600 € for 5 weeks, all inclusive.

Cycle 5 minutes to Bergmannstraße or to Potsdamer Platz or Nollendorfplatz.
Good shopping possibilities: Richard-von-Weizsäcker-Platz, Akazienstraße.
Good transport connections: U7 Kleistpark or Eisenacher Straße, S1 Julius Leber Brücke, a lot of busses at Richard-von-Weizsäcker-Platz, DB Bahn Südkreuz.

The apartment has 160 square meters, large living room (24 square meters), large living kitchen (24 square meters), large freshly renovated bathroom, guest toilet, wardrobe room, floor (20 meters).

Wireless DSL 6000 and ISDN, landline flat rate to Europe, as well as a waschingmachine, a dishwasher and a real espresso machine, but no TV.

About us:

Ilias (25, gay) is an art film student from Montpellier and mostly home preparing his final student project. Some nights he is working in a hostel and gets up late.

Markus (47, gay) has his background in theatre, but usually teaches German language for adults in the afternoons and likes to have breakfast late, is interested in (Ayurvedic) spices, does body weight training, some yoga. He likes to get up late too. He will be in India while you are in the flat!

Kshitij (30, gay), coming from Mumbai, India and lives since more than a year in Germany, but is new to Berlin. He is doing his Master in Chemic in Wannsee.

Philipp (30, gay), Media scientist, is new to the flat as well, but living in Berlin since 10 years already.

We all speak German.

We sometimes have a coffee or tea together. Sometimes we also eat meat and smoking is allowed, but we pay attention to sustainability and environmental compatibility!
We are not a party flat share, but conversations and discussions are welcome.

The shared apartment has existed for 18 years. We are looking for a roommate who enjoys living with people and who does not work or study full-time. We are mostly an open house, especially for friends who need a place to sleep.


About you: If you are commuicative and open minded, if you are not afraid of other humans, if you like to have a talk from time to time and you are not only hidding in your room, then you could stay with us.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es gibt einen Schreibtisch, ein Bett und einen Schrank.
Frei vom 5. April bis 11. Mai für 500 € für 4 Wochen oder 600 € für 5 Wochen, komplett mit allem.

5 Fahrradminuten zur Bergmannstraße oder zum Potsdamer Platz. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Richard-von-Weizsäcker-Platz, Akazienstraße.
Gute Verkehrsanschlüsse: U7 Kleistpark oder Eisenacher Straße, S1 Julius-Leber-Brücke, viele Busse am Richard-von-Weizsäcker-Platz, DB Bhf Südkreuz.

Zu uns:
Ilias (25, schwul) ist Kunstfilmstudent aus Montpellier. Er spricht französisch, englisch und deutsch und lebt schon seit 8 Jahren in Deutschland. Einige Nächte im Monat arbeitet er im Hostel und steht gerne spät auf.

Markus (47, schwul) kommt vom Theater, aber unterrichtet meist dreimal die Woche nachmittags Deutsch für Erwachsene und frühstückt sehr gerne spät, interessiert sich für (ayurvedische) Gewürze und macht Body-Weight-Training, etwas Yoga und steht auch gerne spät auf. Markus lebt seit 18 Jahren in Berlin. Er spricht deutsch, englisch und französisch solala.

Kshitij (30, schwul) kommt aus Mumbai und lebt schon seit über einem Jahr in Deutschland, ist aber neu in Berlin. Er macht seinen Master in Chemie in Wannsee und spricht Hindi, Englisch und Deutsch.

Philipp (30, schwul) Medienwissenschaftler ist auch neu in der WG, lebt aber schon 10 Jahre in Berlin. Er spricht Deutsch und Englisch.

Wir kochen auch mal zusammen oder trinken Kaffee oder Tee. Wir essen Fleisch und es darf geraucht werden... Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber gemeinsame Gespräche und Disskusionen sind gern gesehen.
Im Moment studiert oder unterrichtet jeder in der Wohnung online. Weird times...
