Hi there,
I have from the 1.10. on a free rooms for 2 months in our 5 persons flatshare. The Flat is a freshly renovated older building with plaster ornaments on the ceiling, wooden floors, historic doors etc. The rent is 470€ including everything and you can do the "Anmeldung". Our Motto here is relaxed, everything can happen on a social level but nuthing must. The rooms are furnished minimalistically as you can see in the picture.
I am Manuel, 39, working as a art teacher and freelance artist. I am the main tenant and contract holder and i cancelled the contract of the flat because I already moved out of Berlin to south germany. I sublet the rooms now to people who are in need of a room until the contract ends at the 1st of December. So the flatshare is what you make out of it! With, maybe you, there are Annika from Germany 22, just starting her new job in Berlin, Marco from Italy (speaks good english) who does an Internship for his Economics study, Lotta from Germany 21, just startin her studies (Horse science) in Berlin and Alba, 22, from Albania starting here her Master studies in Finance at FU.
