The room is available as soon as possible.
The room itself is really quiet, the window is facing a backyard with a large garden. It's also overlooking the south side, so the room is bright during the day. The apartment has a really high ceiling, so the room also seems bigger than the other 20sq.m one would. There are a bed, a table and a shelf, but they also could be removed. Just write what would you prefer. For the short term, there will be bed linen, blanket and a pillow. in total.
Very central, the apartment is located between Nollendorfplatz, Bülowstrasse and Kleistpark. Edeka, Lidl, BioMarket and other shops located very close.
There are flea markets and food markets around the area and the whole neighborhood is very relaxed and charming. Everything is very close - Kreuzberg, Mitte, Zoo etc ... ...
It's a cozy space in a 2-person WG; my flatmates were amazing artists and we enjoy living together and our house being a place for recreation and peace. When it gets warmer, we often sit together on our big balcony, talk, have friends over and enjoy life. Please, write a few things about yourself such as who you are, what are you doing daily, why do you search for a new place and how do you imagine living together in a WG. You can also include some notes about your eating (vegetarian etc.) and cleaning habits. We're not strictly vegetarian, but this would be a plus. ;)
