Nolli-WG sucht Verstärkung

Hallo zusammen,

in unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei, da Chris ab Mitte November in seine eigenen vier Wände zieht. Das heißt, deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Giulio und Tyler. Giulio (26) arbeitet als Grafikdesigner in der Nachbarschaft, Tyler (28) steckt in den letzten Zügen seiner Doktorarbeit im Bereich Chemie und ist daher viel am schreiben, tun und machen. Giulio spricht kein Deutsch, Tyler hingegen fließend- aber beide sprechen Englisch.
Beide kochen gern und viel und trinken gelegentlich ein Bierchen zusammen. Einen Putzplan gibt es auch :)

Eckdaten zum Zimmer:
- das Zimmer ist ca 25qm groß, hell und obwohl es im Vorderhaus einer Seitenstrasse liegt, ist es ruhig
- die WG befindet sich im 4.Stock, es gibt aber auch einen Aufzug
- das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vermietet (Bett 1,60m groß und Schrank).
- das Zimmer kann bis Ende Januar gemietet werden. Hintergrund ist der, dass sich die WG auflöst, da auch Tyler mit seiner Freundin zusammen ziehen möchte. Eventuell besteht die Möglichkeit, die WG danach zu übernehmen. Das können wir aber nicht garantieren.

Miete: In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten - inklusive Strom, Versicherung, GEZ und Internet- alles, was eben so anfällt. Insgesamt beträgt die Miete 560 €.

Zur Lage: Die WG liegt super zentral und ist direkt am Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3, U4, mehrere Busse). Man kommt also schnell in sämtliche Bezirke Berlins.
Mit Lidl, Alnatura, Rewe und einem 24h Edeka gibt es super viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem sind neben Spätis auch einige Bars, Restaurants und Imbisse (super leckere Falafel und Burgerladen) in Laufweite.

Wenn dir das alles zusagt, dann schreib uns gern und baue in deinen ersten Satz das Wort Nolli ein. Damit wir uns schon einen ersten Eindruck von dir verschaffen können, wäre es super, wenn du ein bisschen was über dich erzählen würdest (falls möglich, sende auch gern einen Link zu FB etc mit).

Hello you,

from mid November onwards one of our rooms becomes available because sadly Chris is moving into his own four walls. That means your new roommates Giulio and Tyler are looking for a nice substitute-roomie ;)

Giulio (26) works as a graphic designer in the neighborhood, Tyler (28) is in the final stages of his doctoral thesis in chemistry and is therefore writing a lot. Giulio does not speak German, however Tyler speaks fluent German and both are fluent in English. Besides that they like to cook a lot and drink a beer together from time to time.
In order to keep everything tidy, we also have a cleaning schedule.

Key data about the room:
- the room is about 25sqm large, bright and although it is located in the front part of the building in a side street, it is quiet
- the WG is on the 4th floor, but dont't worry, we also have an elevator
- the room will be rented partly furnished (a bed 1,60 x 2,10 m and a wardrobe).
- we will be subletting the room with a limited contract until end of January. The reason for this is that the WG is breaking up within the next months because also Tyler wants to move together with his girlfriend. There might be a chance to take over the contract from us, however we can not guarantee it.

The rent (560 €) includes all costs - including electricity, insurance, GEZ and internet - everything that is needed.

Location: The flat share is located very centrally and is directly at Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3, U4, several buses) - so you can easily reach all districts of Berlin.
With Lidl, Alnatura, Rewe and a 24h Edeka, there are many shopping possibilities just around the corner. Besides Spätis, there are also some bars, restaurants and snack bars (super delicious Falafel and Burgers) within walking distance.
