I am subletting my lovely room in a very fun WG while I go on a 1-month vacation to visit my family back in Chile.
The room would be free all January 2022 (+/- a couple of days, we can talk about it according to your needs) and the cost for the month is 460euro all included (rent, bills, wifi, tv and radio tax).
About the room:
- Very big space (aprox. 25m2)
- All vintage furniture (includes: bed, night stand, sofa, coffee table, desk, full body mirror and shelfs/hanging rack for clothes) and also many plants 🌱 (all of them required almost no care - still would be best to have a green thumb).
About the apartment:
- Perfect location in Goebenstrasse - 5 minutes walking to sbahn/ubahn Yorckstr.
- Huge pre-war altbau, with beautiful stucco and hardwood floors.
- Big kitchen with dining table
- Bathroom with bathtub and window.
- Important ! the apartment is Hochparterre, so it is a bit noisy, but with the windows close is not too loud. In any case if you are sound sensitive I would not recommend.
About the roomates:
You would be sharing the space with Hilke and Benedikt, both german, both almost-lawyers ! We all love to cook and drink, so most afternoons you would find at least one of them in the kitchen, were we spend lots of time enjoying each others recipes and sharing drinks. Weekends at the house normally include going out to exhibitions, parties and of course movie nights in (we have a projector).
About you:
Most importantly I am looking for a clean and responsible person ! This is after all my home, and when I come back I hope to find everything I have so carefully selected to be in the same conditions as left. Therefore i want someone who can take care not only of my room but also of our house. Hilke and Bene are both lovely and if you think you would be the right fit I am sure you will have a lovely time and gain some cool friends :)
