Hello everyone! 🌻
We are Johann (DE), Guglielmo (IT), and Anouk (FR), and are looking for a sublet because I (Marjane) will work and travel abroad for some months. We are an international WG and speak English at home. You would be in a small but lovely furnished room :) We are a relatively new WG constellation, with different schedules and personalities, and we are looking for a fitting piece of our WG puzzle 🧩 Usually during the week we are quite chill and combine our work and activities with some WG kitchen talk about our salsa, tango, singing or swimming sessions and chill together/drink coffee. Sometimes we do more together and sometimes less but it is important for us to have someone who wants to share more than the rent in the flat. 🙂
The rent costs 430€. We ask for a deposit of one month and we cannot offer Anmeldung (sorry!). We have a flat with a big kitchen, balcony, small chilling corridor area, one bathroom and one toilet. We work with Putzplan and don't really share our groceries but rather collaborate spontaneously on a WG dinner.
