The room is optimal for newcomers or a short time period (dates mentioned above around 19 days).
There is a bus station 1 minute away from home (Appenzeller Str.) where you find many buses.
You can reach quickly in 15 minutes to U Bahn Steglitz or to Freie Uni.
The room has a desk, and some shelves, Heizung for a warm room, a one-person bed, and a clothes cupboard.
There is no registration for the room (NO ANMELDUNG)
Online visits to see the room would be possible in the week (8 November - 15 November) where the accepted candidate should pay the Kaution (300) and the rent (180) for the mentioned days at the latest by 16 November.
Kaution is returned back in the third week of December after checking the room carefully that nothing was damaged so it is appreciated that the room handed clean as you got it.
Please check the Lage (Where the room is located before you text me) it is Goerzallee 131.

6 rooms are in the door but actually, only 3 or 4 students are on the floor.
This could be a chance for you to try to extend your stay by finding a room in the building as it is a big building with an elevator.
Everything is included in the rent (180 Euro) including Internet, regular kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
