The room you will rent consists from 2 rooms - a small wardrobe/office space (approx. 4m2) and a large bedroom cca 19m2. You have plenty of space to arrange everything the way you want :) Both the room and the wardrobe space faces the quiet courtyard with greenery. It is the only room accessible from living room so there is an extra layer of privacy as it is on the other side of the flat than other 2 bedrooms.
The whole flat is a 4-room flat, with one huge room (approx. 30 m2) used as a living room. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
The rent is 550 Euro + electricity, internet, GEZ. The internet has to be set up newly so you can share it with your flatmates. The tenancy agreement is initially for one year, but might be extended. Each tenant has a separate contract with the landlord.

Location
The flat-share is located near Walter-Schreiber Platz and is perfectly connected to both the U-Bahn and S-Bahn (Feuerbachstrasse).
Schlosstrasse is also very close and you can find everything you want there in terms of shopping, restaurants, cafes.. The area is very residential and safe.
Grunewald is also close by.
We are looking for a young worker or a student, 23-30 years old. You will live with Marie and Daniel. Especially Marie wishes for a friendly person who would like to do things together - cooking dinner, going to exhibitions, doing any artsy activity together, meeting each other's friends.. She is a very sweet and friendly French girl.
They both speak both German and English, Marie also French.
We would like to find a calm, friendly and responsible person. Calmness is indeed important to us.
As we have bought a lot together for the flat (furniture in the living room, kitchen utensils, etc.), I ask to receive 200 euros for my part. Another conditions is buying the bed without the mattress- bought just 2 months ago (140cm) and the table desk that consists of a nice leg, drawers and a wooden desk.
So totally:
- 200 Euros for common things
- 180 Euro for the furniture in the room - desk and a bed
