In this flat I live since July 2020 and now I'm going to visit my family in Brazil for a couple of months, therefore I make this totally amazing room available for the month of May. Since it is kind of an emergency trip my dates are not exact. So, if you really need the room a few days early, or later we can talk (Please, comment on your message why this exact period would fit for you). €520 All included for a whole month (warm). For this time you'd be sharing the flat with my fucking awesome flat mate bro, Martin. In the following lines you'll find his description of the room and flat that was advertised when I found them. Since I cannot get more accurate then this I'll just ctrl+C/ctrl+V, so notice the "..." but you'll chat with me before getting to the house.
Disclaimer: if you're that kind of person that, whenever someone asks you about your favorite kind of music and your kind of answer is "techno" or "I listen to everything", your chances are dramatically reduced.

the room faces the green (and not public) courtyard (south side!), has two green and two white walls, a high ceiling, a window and a door (surprise!), and comes unfurnished. Fully furnished, i.e. with a bed, a sofa, and a coffee and study table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (from which the large south-facing balcony) with all chicanes and a large bathroom (with window)"
"Well... Tempelhof... It's not necessarily the most central thing the city has to offer, but the relevant trendy districts and the touristy city center can be reached quickly and easily. Various buses run virtually from the front door and the subway is also only a cigarette length away. Shopping and parking facilities are formidable, 24/7 emergency supply in the form of a gas station and a large beverage market included. There is plenty of greenery in the surrounding area, in the form of an extra-large courtyard and various parks. The Tempelhofer Feld is also around the corner, so there is nothing missing."

Your roommate (a.k.a me, myself and I) is (according to ID) already 44, but somehow younger. I go to work during the day, but try to forget this fact in the evening. It works quite well. I'm a big music lover, spend a lot of time at concerts (now that they're happening again) and in the rehearsal room with my bands or drive my VW bus over remote roads I don't know yet.
I like it uncomplicated, so it has to go without cleaning plans, penny-pinching and arguments about the dishes. A certain degree of order and cleanliness I simply assume in adult people. But I am certainly not overly fussy.
A purpose shared apartment is out of the question, I attach importance to live with a person with whom I also get along well. Therefore also the many words here...
Oh yes, smoking is allowed in the apartment, except in your room of course. But you can also like to do, I do not care."
It should also be mentioned that you would sign a sublease with me. I am the main tenant and we have an extremely relaxed landlord who doesn't really care about anything as long as he gets his rent on time. So everything is completely uncomplicated."
