Hello there! I'll leave my beautiful room for 2 month (or maybe longer, so the rent could be extended) in a very bright shared flat in Alt-Tempelhof. The room will be available from 20th of March until the end of May, but I'm flexible. The flat is in the fourth floor with LIFT in a renovated well looked building. The flat is a three bedroom flat with an amazing shared kitchen and a really big bathroom. We also have plenty of storage space.
The room is furnished will all the basic stuff you need to live in it and I'll make sure to leave space enough for personal things. My room also have plenty of plants, so I'd love to have here a plant lover that won't let them die.
The new flatmate we are looking for is someone ideally clean, tidy, open minded and respectful :))
The rent is 550€ per month, warm rent + 200€ deposit. As is a subletting Anmeldung is not possible.

About the location, the flat is 1 minute walk from Alt-Tempelhof station and 8 minutes walk from Tempelhof (on the Ringbahn). It's really convenient as with the U6 you can be in Kreuzberg in less than 10 minutes and with the Ringbahn you can easily travel across Berlin in no time. Plenty of bus stations are around as well.
You will be sharing the flat with my two roommates, Ladas (from Czech Republic) and Ricardo (from Spain). They are very open minded, lovely, fun and will be more than happy to share some time with you :)
