the best flatmates all over the world, are looking for a new roommate.
It's a cozy room (18 qm), with a separate storeroom (which is perfect for hiding things haha). The room is bright and spacious, comes with a new bed, some bookshelves, wardrobe and desk. The windows are facing the sunny side of the street, so it is bright and cozy. Adjacent to the room is a small (approx 2sqm) storage room, which you can use as an individual storage room/closet.
The location is great - U6 is just 60m away from the building, that's about two minutes walk.
S-Tempelhof 41/42 is seven minutes away of walk, or three minutes biking.
With the U6 and you can be in Kreuzberg in less than 10 minutes.
S-Ring you can easily travel across the whole Berlin.
There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, as well as a small park with ponds.The flat is in Tempelhof, only a 10 minute walk away from Tempelhofer Feld, a 2 minute walk from the next u- bahn station, and 10 minute walk from the s- bahn station which is perfectly connected.
The flat is a typical Berlin style flat, with cozy floor and nice walls. We are living in the 4. ground- BUT we have an elevator!
We also have a small garage next to our flat for bikes- which is perfect.
There is also a big bathroom with a washing machine. The kitchen also has everything you need :)
The Flatmates:
We are in our late 20s/early 30s and currently working in different fields (IT, design, sustainability).
Social WG life is important for us and it usually takes place in our kitchen, consisting of shared dinners, bottles of beers/wine, or cups of tea :-). Communication and mutual respect are the key for us.
We speak English, German, Spanish and Lithuanian.
You should be between 25 and 35 years old. It doesn't mind if your a male, female or divers. BUT you have to speak English, because it's a international WG and the main language is English :) So feel free and improve your English skills.
