Hello girls!
My name is Ariadna (Spain) and I am moving out very soon! My flatmates Renata (Russia) 25 and Greta (Lithuania) 24 are looking for a new female roommate (we are sorry guys!). Both are working full time at the moment, with finance and business analytics positions respectively. We are searching for a new roommate to take my place :) The room is available from the 1st of October and should be rented at least 6 months, in exceptional cases, we can also talk.
Anmeldung is possible.
Deposit: 750€
Monthly rent: 420€
Within monthly rent everything is included, such as the internet, gas, electricity, TV-tax, trash... except heating.
We are searching for a roommate, with whom we can share a nice and friendly atmosphere in the house. Privacy is respected so no worries if you need your space sometimes, we too. We all have our separate lives but from time to time we gladly organise something all together on a weekend.
The apartment is fully furnished and has one renovated bathroom and one eat-in renovated kitchen that has everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, plates, pans, toaster, cluttery, etc.
As for the room, you will find a desk, bed, closet, towels, beddings, hanger, etc. You basically only need your luggage and clothes to move in. With regards to the location, it is quite central and very well connected (U6 U Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße and U and Ring Bahn train station Tempelhof)
