This room is one of three in a flat share in Tempelhof-Berlin. It comes furnished with a double bed, a dresser to put clothes and other belongings, and a chair, that I sometimes use to utilise the dresser as a desk. Besides that, you'll find my lovely collection of plants and other personal things (which I'll try to put away as best as possible), which I would appreciate if you handle them with care :)
The kitchen is spacious and sunny. It is fully equipped. You'll have access to the fridge, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. In the kitchen is also our dining area where we like to come together, share a meal, or play some card games.
The bathroom is small and cozy. Very pragmatically you'll find there what you need to do your business. It fits even a bath tub.
The apartment is located South from Tempelhofer Feld.
The next U-Bahn station is U6 Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße, which is a 5-10 min walk away.
And the next S-Bahn is S41/42 Tempelhof.
In the area you'll find lots of supermarkets, shops, parks, cafés - basically everything you need for living. A small shopping center is conveniently close by.
You'll basically have three other flatmates:
Yujin (29), Korean, dancer. Sunny and mellow personality <3
Octavia (30), Nicaraguan, dancer. Greatest sense of humor!
And Masou (6? 7?), Octavia's little dog. He gets along with most people and loves cuddles.
The four of us are good friends and like to spend time together. Our guests have always felt welcomed here, and if you are up to hangouts I'm sure they're open. However, if you need your privacy or focus chamber, simply close your bedroom door, and that's fine too.
If you want to stay with your friend or partner during this time, it's also possible. I would then charge an extra 50€ for this period.
