Hello 👋 ,
We got an entire house (three flats in total) with a little garden for ourselves.
Every flat comes fully furnished and has a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. :)
We are also building a small music studio in the basement. The garden is another project that we are pursuing to have it all set up when the sunshine strikes in summer.
This is for anyone who is working in a startup, founding a startup, working in the creative scene and tech scene, and who feels that it's important to them to be surrounded by good people.
We are Tempel212, a community of young professionals working in tech (not students).
Your room is on the 3rd floor, beautifully furnished and to the quiet back side of the house.
You will live with 2 others on 1st flor in a shared flat, however, you will sometimes if you like do joint activities with the people of the flats of the other 2 floors. It really is a beautiful and cool community, but you can always also just do your own thing.
Tempelhof is close to Tempelhofer Feld, a really cool park to spend your days.
Lidl is right across the street (1-minute walk), there is also some shopping mall and loads of restaurants right next to our house. FitX is within 5-minute walking distance. You can reach U6 in 3 minutes and are in the center in no time.
Basically, everything we need at our doorstep.
We have started living in our house for the most part from the 1st of May 2021. So everything is still fresh.
You will have a closer shared flat life with 2 people on 1st floor. However, the whole house feels like a community and thus you will quickly get to know everyone if you like to have lunch together and the like.
The house is freshly renovated and we are now looking for true characters to share it with.
We make this thing that we have been granted - life - wonderful together.
Our house should feel like a cozy home where everyone feels like they truly belong.

Anton
is a fresh Data Scientist at a mobile app startup that helps people with cooking yummy meals at home. Anton loves to play board games and the violin (that he used to play in a rock band).
Dong
is a kind and enthusiastic Chinese bioengineer who researches how to create a vegan alternative to meat from the mycelium (that's basically the roots) of mushrooms at a biotech startup. In her free time, you will find Dong most likely hiking, reading, or gardening.
Georg
is a sustainability engineer who is enthusiastic about playing his guitar, singing, and Thai boxing (so he will definitely be our bouncer for all our festive activities). Ah, and Georg is also a savourer of (and this is a quote) "wannabe" art and culture.
Ludo
is a co-founder of a Berlin-based startup that develops a no-code solution for iOS development. She grew up in the North of Italy and is into gaming, art, and design.
Inès
moving over from the city of love Inès has dedicated her career to designing. In her free time, she plays the piano and no mountain (or bouldering problem) is too big for her to climb.
Ali
is a curious mind that works as a data scientist and operates a non-profit that provides scholarships for school education in Asia.
Julian
Loves techno music and is also doing lots of sports (mostly fitness), mixes some techno, and likes to watch anime. Mindfulness and growth are important things to him. He works as a creator who helps men to become more mindful lovers and better partners.
Tobias
A medical doctor and former strategy consultant. Loves to go to the gym and to do all kinds of sports and outdoor activities.
Some residents currently sublet their rooms to spend the winter break elsewhere. So you might find some other people to stay with us temporarily.
