I'm traveling from the 15.3 to 7.5.24 and my room (25m²) will be free for that time in a beautiful flatshare with 4 really dear & lovely flatmates.
The price in total would be 850€ for almost 2 months (or 488€ /month). All expenses as electricity, heating, internet are included + a vegetable box that we get every 2 weeks/ spring & summer every week.
We are looking for a nice, easygoing FLINTA* person, which knows also how to clean & to communicate. You will live with a bunch of really lovely people (1female, 1queer, 2male) with different professional & creative backgrounds (dancing, woodworking, architecture, social work, djing, performing, fire juggling, artistic projects, different sports, playing instruments, singing,...).
We live in a really beautiful and very big flat (220m²) beside Treptower parc and the Plänterwald is also just a stone's throw away, so perfect for a nice spring walk. We have a big magical living room space and really like to invite people such as for Saunaevenings, creative co working, cooking & eating together, movie evenings,.... But within the week it can also be really quiet and everyone is on their own projects, working, studying....so a good mix of having quietness at home and having social interactions. (so no party tourists please).
In my room you have everything you need and you can also use my pole for dancing. As a security deposit I would like to take 200€.
